How do playoff tickets work?
- You will have an opportunity to purchase your seats for the 2015 Playoffs.
- If you renew by March 17th, you will secure 2014-15 Season Ticket pricing for Round 1 of the 2015 Playoffs, and special pricing for all remaining rounds. If you pay in full by March 17th, Round 2 will also be secured at the same price.
- If you do not renew by March 17, you may have the opportunity to purchase your seats for the 2015 Playoffs at Non-Renewed Season Ticket Holder price (please note this pricing is still lower than regular box office pricing).
What happens for Rounds 3 and 4 (Western Conference Finals and NBA Finals)?
- When/if the Warriors advance to Round 2, you will be automatically charged for Round 3 (four games).
- When/if the Warriors advance to Round 3, you will be automatically charged for Round 4 (four games).
What happens for games that aren't played?
- Your account will automatically be credited for Playoff games that aren't played. This credit will automatically be applied to your next payment plan installment.
- For accounts paid in full or unrenewed, you may request a refund be issued. The deadline for refund requests is July 1, 2015.
When will I receive my Playoff tickets?
Your playoff tickets will be shipped via FedEx (signature required) the week of April 12, 2015, if your account is in good standing. Your tickets for all four (4) rounds of the Playoffs will be shipped (16 tickets total), but you will only be charged for the first two (2) rounds initially. If the Warriors advance beyond round two, your account will be charged automatically for the next round and credits will automatically be applied to your account for any unplayed games, if applicable.
When do the Playoffs begin and what will be the schedule?
The 2015 NBA Playoffs are scheduled to begin April 19th. The exact schedule will be set by the NBA at a date to be determined. We will notify you as soon as possible via email once the Playoff schedule becomes available.
Is parking available for the Playoffs?
- Club seat holders will continue to receive complimentary parking passes.
- Express Parking Passes will be available at warriors.com/expresspark and must be bought for all possible rounds. Account will be credited for any unplayed games.
Can I purchase additional tickets?
Yes, but the only guaranteed seats available are your 2014-15 Season Ticket Holder seats. You may be able to find additional seats on warriors.com if they become available.

Upgrade
Our Upgrade Day for all renewed Season Ticket Holders will take place sometime this summer, most likely in June or July. We sold out of season tickets for the 2014-15 season and all locations are currently occupied by other Season Ticket Holders. All upgrade availability for the 2015-16 Season is dependent on the cancellations we receive after the March 17th renewal deadline. To attend our upgrade day event and explore your upgrade opportunities, you would renew your current seat location during the last step in the online renewal process while checking a box to sign up for an Upgrade Day appointment. At your Upgrade Day appointment you will have the opportunity to explore moving into a different location that was canceled or non-renewed (pending availability). All Upgrade Day appointments are scheduled based upon seniority.
